i havent been this obsessed with anything in a while

Ok so thanks to eyepatchmcgee I am doing Ursula for Halloween, I'm 75% sure, it satisfies my need to do a cartoon, a bad guy, something recognizable, and it's even John Waters related, also I'm pretty obsessed with the octopus & love the idea of a tentacle dress I can wear year-round. (Beck if you still want to do a matching costume with me you'd better think of something by next week or I'm doing fucking Ursula) . And in looking for easy/cheap costume ideas I discovered these awesome photos of Sherie Rene Scott in a Broadway Little Mermaid. Apparently the show got horrible reviews, like "The whole enterprise is soaked in that sparkly garishness that only a very young child — or possibly a tackiness-worshiping drag queen — might find pretty." So obviously I love it, (except the parts when the mermaid opens her stupid mouth). Tatiana Noginova did the costume design and wow this is the most amazing wig I've ever seen:

I won't protest if you try to conceal yourself from bullies or gossips or critics or narcissists. You have cosmic permission to hunker down and keep a low profile. But please don't hide from yourself. In fact, I encourage you to make yourself extra available to yourself. Listen respectfully to the questions and comments that your shadow murmurs in your inner ear. Be eager to tune in to the messages your body is longing to tell you. These communications might sometimes be a minor pain in the ego, but the long-term benefits to your soul could be substantial.

Well that's what I've been doing so...I guess that's good.
